What if I have an accident during my experience?

You don’t need to worry! All our suppliers have liability insurance and, depending on the case and on the need, they will provide all the necessary assistance, trouble-free.

What happens if they cancel my tour or my experience?

All our tours and bookings are guaranteed! Nevertheless, certain causes for cancellation are beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters or incidents that may put the integrity of our customers at risk. In those situations, the activity can be rescheduled, or we can give you a full refund.

What happens if I don’t get to the meeting point on time?

Out of respect of the other passengers, our guides will wait up to 10 minutes in the meeting point and up to 7 minutes in the lobby of your hotel. For that reason, passengers need to be ready 15 minutes in advance of the start time of the tour or of the informed pick-up time.

Who could help me if I cannot find the meeting point for my tour?

All the meeting points for our tours are in central locations and the staff is easy to identify. If you have any doubts about the meeting point, we suggest you contact us 24 hours in advance so we can assist you.

How can I add more passengers to my booking?

May I pay on the day of the tour?

Unfortunately, payments on the same day of the tour or trip are not possible, due to:


1. Availability: Payment is necessary to ensure a spot on the activity.


2. Safety: To ensure the safety of the guides and of the other passengers, payments and/or passengers without previous booking are not accepted.

Booking in advance is necessary to ensure a spot, since availability may vary depending on the tour and the destination. Furthermore, booking in advance may get you better deals.

How will you confirm my booking?

Upon payment of your booking, you will automatically receive a PDF confirmation voucher to the e-mail informed in your booking.

May I change my booking?

Any booking can be changed as per the Terms and Conditions of each supplier.

For destinations in the American Continent, changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
For European destinations, at least 48 hours in advance.
For Asian destinations, at least 72 hours in advance.

How do I cancel my booking?
Canceling your booking is possible! Send us an e-mail to info@bookatour.com with your voucher number and the reason for the cancellation. Later on, our team will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your booking and will proceed to give you a total refund to the credit card you used for the purchase.
